Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch - Season 1

The treasure there looking fur is a cabin constructed of logs bonded by robs in a cave system. After the first settlers of the ranch lived in the cave cabin they kept complaining of it being to dry. So they submerged the cavern with there log cabin in it to offset being to dry to live in. But after flooding it they realized they couldn't breathe and live underwater without air. Very hard lesson for the first settlers with strong strange beliefs and meetings with aliens.
