This is a collection of songs that were mostly started back in the early 90s during a time when I was performing in a band called Young Unwed Mothers. None were ever performed live by that band, though a few were likely rehearsed. All were tidied up and finalized between 2018-2020."Shut Me Down" is the earliest tune in this collection, composed sometime in the late 80s when I was in the (hard rock) band Begin Ending. This song was not suitable for that band, but I think it fits well within this collection. "Ghost In The Machine" is a corrupted EPS 16+ sample file that served as the backbone for the song "Wasted Breath".When I originally composed some of these tunes ("Hello, Jesus!", "Blown Away", "Crudest From of Rock & Roll", "Pink George"), I had originally imagined they'd be songs, and so they languished on my virtual shelves awaiting suitable lyrics. It was only in the last 5 years that I began to realize that, with a little help, they could stand on their own as instrumentals.
