This record was hand shaped and individually embossed in real time using an antique record lathe. Lathe cut records are very unique. This was not made in a factory. It was shaped, sanded, and cut in real time by one person. Because of this method of production this record may have "horns", a term used to describe raised plastic ridges on either side of the groove. If your record sounds inconsistent or like it's under water when you are playing it this is because you are riding on the horns rather than in the groove. To rectify this issue simply tap your needle nudging it back in place in the groove. All of the records have been tested after being cut and will play back correctly on a properly weighted turntable. So you may need to adjust the weight of your tonearm to ensure proper playback. This record will not damage your needle or degrade over multiple plays. Like may records it can attract lint so be sure to keep your record and stylus clean.
