We are delighted to welcome Rawdio to our artist roster. He’s one of Belgium’s underground artist to look out for with releases on Hustler Traxx, No Fuss Records, Gents & Dandy Records, Melodymathics and his own House Cookin’ records We love his sound and we have the honor to release his debut album called Voyages. In his words… The album is called Voyages because most of the tracks were recorded very shortly after my first visit ever to Berlin. It’s maybe cliche to say, but this city has a certain vibe, and it instantly gained a very special place in my heart. I met some wonderful people there, and got inspired immediately to make some tracks dedicated to the city, the people and the feeling I had at that time. Later in the year I travelled a lot for the music, to get to events, to connect with musical friends and to see the world. During those travels I learned more about myself and felt music connected all those people and my travels. So it was only fitting I would pour the sum of the tracks made during that period in an album and call it “Voyages”. Because it is by travel you truly get to know the world and yourself. To complete the LP we have Max Telaer, Abilaan and Pat Lezizmo providing their take on a track of the album. We hope you enjoy!
