"Internal with figures, lights. And shadows" was composed and recorded in 2019, between Bologna (IT) and Barcelona (ES) where I currently live. At the base of this work there is a deep passion for the repetitive-minimal tradition of American music of the 60s, which meets the need to develop a sound research through analogical and digital instruments. The intention would be to tell an emotional and intimate path in an objective, almost impersonal way, with coldness. The reduction and the subtraction are fundamental in the genesis of this album, the rhythm, where present, is not an element that supports, but on the contrary is an element that emphasizes a further repetition.The album was created with the aim of being played live through a sound spatialization system where the space, in fact, assumes a further fundamental role in the sound representation.
