Limited to 100 copies.The CD is housed in a cardboard wallet, entirely handmade. Designed by Ron Ariëns (www.grondontwerp.nl) with drawings from Samuel Adams (www.bunkertattoo.com) and sprinkled with real seawater.Presented at 9 february 2019 during a mini-tour with three gigs, starting in Utrecht (café de Stadt), next stop in Breda (conceptstore Brandpunt) and the last stop in, the name-giving village of the EP, Dreischor (St. Adriaanschurch).The Dreischor EP contains the first four songs of the upcoming album from Lukas Batteau. The songs were written during a stay at the village of Dreischor (at the isle of Schouwen-Duiveland, Zeeland, the Netherlands) and are an ode to vulnerability and strength. It's no coincidence that the sea is playing a major part on this new album. A 'schor' - Dreischor means 'Drie (3) schorren’ - is a piece of land which is flooded by an unusual high tide. Standing symbol for the threath that is always present. A treath from nature in this part of the Netherlands and the present political developments, as well as in our personal lifes.
