Story
Darren is an 18-year-old college freshman at Loyola Marymount University. He is in his first month at school, which is also his first time away from home and is learning his own limits in regards to drugs and alcohol. Darren lived in the same town and went to school with the same people his entire life. His confidence was shaken when he arrived at LMU, because this was the first time in his life he was completely alone and in a new environment. In light of this, Darren masks his new-found social fears with alcohol. Too much alcohol. When he does so, he becomes completely incoherent and confused. When sober, Darren is intelligent, quick to a laugh and the kind of guy who will go out of his way to help his friends.
