Story
Jim Hayward steals a horse from the ranch of Franklin Edwards; upon discovery of the robbery an exciting chase by the cowboys follows. When they capture Hayward the boys are about to "string him up," but Bob Churchill, a wealthy cattle buyer, intercedes for him and saves his life. The boys, showing their disgust, let him go. Hayward, stepping forward to thank Churchill, takes a card, the ten of spades, from his pocket and tearing it in half gives half to Churchill, who bids him be gone. As time has passed and the horse stealing has been forgotten, Lucille Hayward, daughter of Jim, is taking her daily ride on her favorite horse, when suddenly the horse becomes unmanageable and the situation appears to be very dangerous for Miss Hayward, but just at the critical moment Bob Churchill comes to her aid and stops the horse, whereupon they exchange cards and depart on their ways, but not until "Master Cupid" has fired his "darts of love."
