Story
A meteorite strike alters the intelligence of all the earth's animals giving them the ability to THINK and SPEAK as humans. Mankind reacts by forcing the animals into a special facility that is a merger between a zoo and a prison. A local reporter goes into the facility to interview it's inmates.
