Story
Mixed Martial Arts is misunderstood as being a blood sport . A reckless and violent sport with no regard to the safety of the participants solely for entertainment of others. The athletes who compete in mixed martial arts are typically college educated, employed full time, and have families. The Fighters takes an inside look three athletes from different parts of Minnesota to find out what drives these athletes to step into a cage and engage in this combat sport.
