Story
For the last 10 years, Young Bridget Higbie has listened to the same stories her grandmother (Grammy Higbie) has illustrated. The stories usually encompass Bridget's great, great, great grandparents of the civil war era. Bridget dismisses her repetitive, story-telling grandma as Bridget begins to fall asleep. Present day: At 20 years of age, Bridget enters into the vintage, family-home of the 1800's. Bridget discovers a mesmerizing, ancient gramophone in the home; she's curiously places the needle on the record and is instantly whisked into the past (in somewhat of a dreamlike state). Flashback: Bridget is now witnessing her family members say their goodbyes as Lauren Higbie (her g-g-g grandfather) heads off to war, but before he leaves, Lauren gives Sage (Bridget's g-g-g grandmother) a parting gift-a pearl necklace. Sage later is seen dancing to occupy her worries and loneliness. Then quick flashes of Lauren Higbie are seen when he is fighting in war. Simultaneously, Sage's pearl ...
