Story
Bike messenger Cole MacGrath receives a call to open a package he is transporting which results in a massive explosion that kills everyone within 6 blocks of Empire City. Cole wakes up at the center of a crater with the superhuman ability to control electricity. Now in a city under quarantine, power conduits are rising up to take control of the people. You, as Cole, must now make a choice.
