Story
In 1921, a young, Luxembourgish cartographer was part of an international border commission visiting Albania to prepare the demarcation of the newly required border. He went on to take part in the chaotic Paris conference of ambassadors, where each country was only looking after their narrow self-interests. However an observation the young Luxembourger made helped to complete the drawing of the border and bring a peaceful solution to the conflict.
