Story
I Run was written and performed by Emilie Germain. The song gained attention after filming a scene in the movie Defeated, where Emilie also played Alicia. It was determined that the song would be produced and added to the film's soundtrack. Joe G LaRue also hired Chris Flores as a music writer. After producing the song for the film, the official music video was directed and produced. About the film Defeated: Inspired by true events, DEFEATED is an amazing romance/drama. The film takes you on a journey that follows the life of a model (Stephanie). She struggles to find true love & contentment after suffering a traumatic childhood experience.
