Story
Set in a futuristic city, it is up to the agent to help clean it up and keep this city free from crime. This involves eliminating gang bosses and kingpins throughout this huge free-form world. Doing so won't be easy - as gangs will do whatever possible to try and take the agent down. It is the agent's responsibility to build his skill levels up in order to make it an easier process.
