Story
'Because Of War, Lust and Love' is a classic Shakespearean drama based on the Irish legend 'The Pursuit of Diarmuid and Gráinne' and reinvented to suit one of the greatest pages in Irish history: The Easter Rising. The story is a classic love triangle, a woman between two warriors, two patriots pushed by similar feeling and ended up in a different spectrum of the human nature: one will be chewed by power and one will pay the price that war demand. Grainne, a strong woman attracted by those two sides, will keep walking toward the future to grow a new generation of men. The future is female. The idea was to tell this story in a different way that the classic tales. I want to break the circle and insert an idiosyncratic hero chose by destiny.
