Story
Balkrishna Patil a history teacher and hears voices of voices of freedom fighters he stops hearing the voices after psychiatrist advises him some medicines but the one voice which doses not stop is of Shiv Sena Supremo Late Balasaheb Thackrey which constantly encourages him to fight for the rights of Maharashtrians in Mumbai,Balkrishna Patil moves on to straighten all the troublemakers of the city, including the Rickshawalas and Builders, who take the common man for granted and deny them their rights.
