Story
British nobleman Henry checks in at the Grand Hotel with his family. The reason for his visit his 5 year old son is seriously ill and needs treatment. Suspected to have TB. Troubled by their sons condition and the international stock market crash, the couple faces hard times. Henry seeks refuge at the hotel bar, where he makes the acquaintance of Asta, Henry quickly falls for her intoxicating flirtations and drawn by the woman's mysterious aura, he commits adultery.
