Story
Antwerp police chief Frederik Speltinckx just proudly told the press the city has, due to his policies, become one of the safest in Europe, when during a top-level in the grand city hall he and three top-level guests, including the mayor, and Lien who acts as his projection assistant, are brutally taken hostage by armed fiends who don't even wear masks. A 10,000,000 Euros ransom is promised, a hostage fatally defenestrated when things don't proceed quickly enough. Tom hounds the assembled colleagues, has a short contact with Fien and realizes the gang includes rogue undercover agent Brik Delsing. Meanwhile a confiscated drugs transport is left to uniformed Mike and Jimmy, who become the target of another heavily armed attack.
