Story
Herb is still in the hospital waiting to take his heart tests. With his absence from work being indefinite with he scheduled to go on vacation following whenever his release, Mr. Carlson and Andy believe that they need to get a replacement for him, Andy seeing this person as working under Herb whenever he returns. Mr. Carlson has second thoughts when Herb learns that "he is being replaced", with Mr. Carlson not wanting him to feel threatened. Although Andy doesn't think it's the best idea, he and Mr. Carlson decide to accept Jennifer up on her offer to fill in temporarily for Herb under Mr. Carlson's guidance. Jennifer and Mr. Carlson's first task is to meet with Philadelphia concert promoter Pat Perillo, who is in town for only the day and who Herb had only spoken to on the telephone about entering into a contractual agreement.
