Story
In the middle of the night, Johnny, still in a state of grogginess, is awakened by a noise. On a search for the source of the noise and unable to find anything tangible, he finally comes to the conclusion that God is talking to him. While some of what Johnny hears is clear such as the voice loving him and wanting him to seek knowledge, some of the other messages uttered by the voice are not quite as clear. Johnny goes on a quest for confirmation and affirmation of what he heard - largely in speaking to his station colleagues - without coming right out and stating the issue for fear of sounding crazy. If Johnny in unable to find that confirmation or affirmation, he may take more drastic steps to reconcile his belief with his physical life.
