Story
When Liz goes down with a fever Claudine delivers a message to Mathilde in her place. The wireless messages are dogged by interference and Cad decides to recall Liz to tell him what is actually happening. Kit,who has fallen for her and cares about her safety,endorses this. However Claudine learns from Therese,a collaborator and Krieger's mistress,that the Germans have found out that a plane will arrive to collect Liz and replace her with a male agent and she tells Mathilde,who is able to contact Cad. He aborts the operation. Krieger is thwarted but he realises that Claudine is helping the British agents and threatens to hand her over to the Gestapo unless she spies for him.
