Story
Hired by Marie Kaiser to prove adultery, Wilsberg witnesses the Germanic languages professor being shot during sex with his assistant. Jealous Anna suspecting foxier Marie, whose alibi is weak, Wilsberg hires Alex as Marie's defense counsel. Ekki goes undercover on campus, looking into the generally solid alibis of Kaiser's hostile colleagues, who have their own secrets, notably handicapped pro researcher Dr. Haus, Kaiser's hardly credited co-author on criminal slang, or Viola Kohlmann, whom he got serve him by falsely promising help to get an already taken academic post in Leipzig, and Kaisers peer professor Varnholt with whom he had a down-payments row, whom Wilsberg knows from a GDR past. Marie has her own dark secret, relating to disowned 'screw-up' stepson Daniel.
