Story
In the summer of 1980, Los Angeles police are on the hunt for a sadistic serial killer targeting young runaways and prostitutes on the Sunset Strip. When one of the victims is found decapitated and sexually assaulted, police realize they are dealing with a psychopath who indulges in necrophilia. Before police can zero in on their killer, another body is found decapitated, only this time it is a man. Police wonder if their killer has a copycat or perhaps a partner that is even more vicious.
