Story
Josh and his prisoner Dan Murdock ride by a cemetery as Josh checks a sign pointing the way to Mesa City where the prisoner is wanted. In Mesa City Josh drops Murdock with Sheriff Hayes who gives Josh a receipt for the prisoner. He states he will be taking Murdock to Crazy Horse for his trial which will take a couple of days. When he returns, he will have Josh's bounty money to which Josh agrees. Josh stops by the saloon for a drink plus he asks about a bank but the bartender tells him it is closed because of a death. However, the saloon owner Warner might give him a loan. Warner tells him he will give him eighty cents on the dollar but when he sees the bounty amount he says he doesn't have enough money but he really doesn't want to deal with Josh. The bartender explains that Murdock killed a man with a bottle to the head in the bar plus a deputy's horse as well as the deputy who is the sheriff's brother. Josh decides to check on Murdock but when he learns they are gone to Crazy Horse...
