Story
Dugdale withholds part of the evidence he took from the army camp and learns from professor Donaldson it is part of a germ warfare process but his attempts to blackmail the Network into releasing Anya backfire when Geoff shows Jen, Dugdale's wife, a tape of her husband having sex with Anya. Arby learns from reading the manuscript that as a boy he was tortured and brain-washed into becoming an assassin and seeks out Jessica, who is in turn looking for him. The others work out from Grant's memory and the manuscript portion Jessica held back that global food company Pergus appear to be involved in the spreading of the Janus disease in their products and linking up with Corvadt, who will market an antidote which only saves certain racial types. They believe that the Pergus boss Lane Monroe is Mr Rabbit and break into his flat but Alice, seriously affected by her mother's murder, shoots and kills him. However Letts, the Corvadt head, arrives and they take him hostage.
