Story
'Out of Order'/'Up in Smoke'/'Agent Provocateur' A woman steps into an elevator in an office building but there is no car and she falls three floors down the shaft. Later, a man make the same mistake and falls on top of the woman. There is no cellular phone signal so, despite his injuries, he manages to crawl up the shaft and make a call to the emergency services. Although his fall makes her injuries worse, his call saves them both. / An insurance agent is asked to insure a $50,000 box of rare cigars against the possibility of fire damage. The man has a cigar party with the box he insured and has them all smoked and enjoyed. He then makes a claim the very next day for only the cigars on the basis that they were 'destroyed by fire' but the insurance agent refuses to pay since nothing else was damaged in any fire.
