Story
Alaric's study inspires a most daring plan of last resort to prevent Katherine from destroying everyone by hellfire. It requires one of the Salvatore brothers sacrificing himself to spend eternity in her hell, yet they bicker who needs more to do such ultimate penance, saving the others, including Elena.
