Story
A shopping trip for Andrew ends up with new bubbleskin jumpsuits for Hsui Tai and Mike. Trying them on, Mike and Hsui Tai turn aggressive towards the others about getting and donning bubbleskin jumpsuits as well, arousing John's curiosity about this new fashion craze. Studying the fabric, John, Elizabeth and Andrew discover it's a kind of living plastic. Growing signal interference prevents contact with the Galactic Trig, leaving them on their own to deal with the apparent forefront of an alien invasion. To get Mike and Hsui Tai back to normal, there's only one recourse - stun and strip 'em. As John and Elizabeth subsequently investigate the clothing shop (where a trap lays in wait), bubbleskin jumpsuits attack Andrew as he sleeps while guarding over Mike and Hsui Tai.
