Story
Herb and Chai Li continue to dance around their growing attraction, causing tension in the family when Luce steps in and plays protective brother. Bernadette contemplates her mortality after being advised to take a gene test because of her family history of breast cancer. She finds it hard to decide if she should do the test or not; wondering what sort of life a positive result may bring. Luce understands it's her decision but thinks she should take the test. Matt and Caroline spend time together as they try to clear his AFL client, Lachie, of dangerous driving charges after he was involved in an accident. Caroline confronts Matt with something that's been playing on her mind. One year celebrations are held at the Wise Crack where Herb makes a special announcement and Caroline realises she truly is part of the Tivolli family. And, things finally come together for Luce who receives a welcome windfall for the rights to one of his songs.
