Story
Frankie runs for Student Representative Council with Sara and Michael running against her. Frankie starts off her campaign with an ill-advised policy based on increasing everyone's amount of homework. In contrast, Michael and Sara's promises prove popular forcing the SOCs to revamp Frankie's campaign. However, the M&Ms stoop to a new low when they kidnap Merlin, Kenny's pet rat, to get Frankie to withdraw from the election.
