Story
Dr. Darwin's experiment goes horribly awry leaving him half-man and half-ape. He steals a flying saucer which may start an intergalactic war. Plastic Man has to stop him and rescue the aliens. Hugefoot steals a device that can show the future and Plastic Man must stop him and rescue Penny.
