Story
Vera's perception of third party involvement pitting The Order and the Prometheans against each other pits her against Kepler in how to handle the situation, directly endangering Jack's, Alyssa's and the emissaries' lives. Hamish undermines Prof. Foley's private lecture while Randall and Gabrielle search his house for evidence. Jack, barricaded in a barn housing a surreal grove, aids Alyssa, experiencing terminal withdrawal symptoms. In a bid for time so Vera and the Knights (aided by Gabrielle) can out the true culprit, Jack surrenders himself to the vengeance-minded Prometheans, but their course of punishment, while awaiting Vera's arrival to spill his blood, takes Jack completely by surprise.
