Story
Despite running unopposed, Milton is campaigning hard for junior class president. Regardless, he figures he wouldn't lose even if someone - anyone - ran against him, as he's perfect in his own eyes and perfect in the eyes of others. Thalia, on the other hand, sees a flaw in Milton's reasoning: people wouldn't vote for him because he's too perfect, which doesn't resonate with the voter, most of whom are common. As she sees junior class president as the first step in the road to the lucrative White House, she convinces Dobie to run against Milton. Dobie agrees only because he would be spending time with Thalia, who volunteers as his campaign manager. With Maynard helping, Thalia's plan is working as Dobie's down-home message seems to be resonating with voters. Milton, who cannot stand to lose, decides to bring out the big gun, his mother, who is more ruthless than he.
