Story
George Irons and Bud Creel gather several ranchers who have had horses stolen to discuss having a "necktie party". They present a bandanna used as a mask that appears to belong to gypsies found when Irons' wrangler Casey was hit. Earp's friend Gus Cassen married into the gypsies and has several staying on his property who they suspect. Earp stops the ranchers so he can talk to Cassen and investigate. Cassen denies any gypsy involvement so Earp asks Irons for two horses to use as bait with Casey helping him. When Earp is called back to town, Casey is killed and the bait horses stolen. One, a roan, is found tethered at the gypsy camp so Earp is forced to arrest Cassen who comes peacefully. During a visit to the jail Earp pleads with Cassen's wife Anna to help learn from the gypsies who is behind the thefts. Later, when a crowd is being whipped up to lynch Cassen, Earp receives word from Anna. Creel is pushing for a lynching but Earp intercedes with the ranchers with proof of who the ...
