Story
Earp kicks Max Wiley out of Wichita for crooked gambling in James Brandywine's saloon. Saloon owner's Brandywine, Plummer, and Collins are all tired of Earp's crackdown on crooked gambling and the impact on their profits. They decide Collins will go to Dodge to hire two outside gunmen to take out Earp for $1500 which is a high price. Murdock hears about the plot from an outlaw friend and warns Earp. Murdock suggests protection for Earp but Earp realizes that will prevent him from being effective in his job. Two men who appear to be rather mean gunmen arrive in Brandywine's saloon looking for him and half the money for taking out Earp. He and Plummer pay the men who say one will shoot Earp from a window. Earp goes into the street to meet the gunman reported by a resident. As they approach each other nothing happens until both burst out laughing. The men are Earp's brothers Virgil and Morgan. They arrest Brandywine and Plummer then await Collins who arrives with two real gunmen who are ...
