Story
Everybody gathers at the Jeffersons' apartment to get ready to attend a Halloween party at Charlie's bar. Each person is dressed up as a famous movie star and there will be a contest winner for the one with the best costume. While the neighbors were showing off each other's costumes, Bentley goes to the Jeffersons' apartment balcony to look at the stars through his telescope. Later, when Louise looks through the telescope at a nearby building, she claims she saw a man shoot somebody.
