Story
Joe meets a girl and after dating her proposes to her. While out driving they're run off the road by some guy who was driving recklessly. When Joe finds out who he is, he tries to get him. But he discovers some men and when he confronts them, he learns they're government agents and it seems the guy is linked to an old case they're been working on for sometime and while they sympathize with Joe they can't get him cause if they do, it means the end of their work.
