Story
When a wax museum adds models of Green Hornet and Kato to their collection of famous killers and criminals, it causes excitement among the press and public. The heretofore most notorious exhibit showed a Jack the Ripper-like murderer who strangled strangers with a Scarf, whom he was known as. One of the curators of the museum secretly was the Scarf, and now jealously restarts his deadly career to regain the attention he feels is rightly his.
