Story
With Tahani as a test subject, Michael and a still reluctant Shawn have brought in five Bad Place architects to train as the designers for scenarios to test humans under the new system. Eleanor, Chidi and Jason have been given the task to go through the files of all the humans in the Bad Place to choose the first one thousand to take the test, Chidi figuring they needing to choose the best of the best to ace the test to show that the new system is indeed fair with humans actually given a chance to enter the Good Place. A last minute replacement as one of the five to be trained, and Eleanor, Chidi and Jason coming to the realization that they have access to their own files leads to unexpected consequences for Michael, who questions his place in the new system, and Chidi, who, under the assumption that he and Eleanor will indeed end up in the same place for eternity, questions whether what he and Eleanor are currently going through is just a passing phase instead of the start of forever...
