Story
Holly, Bridget, and Kendra plan to star in a workout video. The video producer and trainers come to the mansion to find out their plans for the video as well as to see how serious the girls are about doing the video by putting them through an initial workout. Kendra lives up to her athletic reputation by demonstrating herself the most fit of the three. The trainers advise the girls to follow a strict diet and exercise routine to prepare for the video shoot, but Bridget is reluctant to do so. In the meantime, the girls and Hef go to the Improv one evening to see Playmate Julie McCullough's standup comedy routine; afterwards, they go to Arby's, where Julie joins them in eating fast food. The girls each rehearse their segments of the workout with a trainer, although Kendra is distracted by her need to find out the score of the San Diego Chargers game.
