Story
A famous painter (Bob Archer I think) comes to Coopers Crossing with his "friend" (Merv Atkinson I think) to get closer to the nature and find inspiration again. An old friend of Geoff also shows up in town to get away from a recent divorce. She is kind of clingy and keeps calling Geoff for "GG darling". Bob Archer reluctantly agrees to be the judge in a small contest for paintings in Coopers Crossing. Then he and Atkinson disappear into the outback with the plan to pretend that Archer got lost and died, when he really was picked up by a helicopter, all this to make the prize on his paintings to go up. Atkinson, on the other hand wanted to be more realistic and let him die for real. Meanwhile in the hospital the doctors find out that Archer has a problem with his blood, it won't clot, so that even the smallest wound could make him bleed to death.
