Story
Thomas Dillon was a serial killer who randomly searched for and shot his victims in remote locations in southern Ohio. His hit and run tactics left little evidence to identify, much less convict him. But over the years his odd behavior drew the attention of witnesses and the authorities. Finally one fortuitous piece of evidence confirmed his guilt and convinced Dillon to confess to avoid a death sentence.
