Story
In this week's F Word Gordon is joined in the kitchen by four farmer's daughters who believe they've got what it takes to thrive in his kitchen. Gordon and his brigade cook three simple recipes everyone can cook at home: a light summer starter of crab mayonnaise rolls with mango salsa, a succulent beef fillet with mushroom gratin and Gordon's all time favourite dessert - hot chocolate fondant. Can the farmer's daughters get more plates paid for than the A&E Doctors (122/150) and return in next week's final show? Plus John Thomson takes on Gordon in the recipe challenge and brings his favourite kitchen gadgets with him; Janet Street Porter takes on the might of the supermarkets; and the time has come to say goodbye to the pigs as Gordon takes Trinny and Susannah to the slaughterhouse.
