Story
Determined to establish a definitive link between Edward Harold Bell and the Eleven, investigators Lise Olsen and Fred Paige examine the last victim-12-year-old Suzie Bowers. Bell's former neighbor pinpoints the precise location of his infamous red caboose trailer, only two miles from where Suzie's body was found. Later, the investigation moves to Panama where Ed Bell fled after gunning down a Marine in suburban Galveston in 1978. Bell spent 14 years on the run, and Lise and Fred are looking for anything that could link him to the Galveston murders.
