Story
Widower Doyle is a worn down dealer at a gambling dive run by a heartless, bullying gangster. He badly needs $5000 so his little girl might have an operation to mend her crippled legs. The only way he can get it is to set up a crooked game with an accomplice posing as a customer. It's been tried before, leaving that dealer mangled and brain damaged when the boss got through with him. Unfortunately, he has been tipped off this time as well.
