Story
PC Kennetts allegation of sexual assault against Sergeant Giffen comes under scrutiny from investigating officers and causes her to divulge the details of the handcuffing prank that led her to be angered with her fellow officers before she made the allegations. Mel and Dean are on the trail of a flasher.Mike becomes increasingly annoyed with the people he is looking after in custody and when one man soils himself he suddenly barges into the room where Dean is being questioned by the investigators about the handcuff prank and announces that he is the guilty party and that he is leaving the force. Roy's investigation of drug pushing causes him to cross swords with a truculent and disrespectful youth and in revenge he tells a friend that he is the flasher who exposed himself to his daughter.
