Story
Mel is called to deal with a woman who has a problem with anti-social neighbours,the Walshes. She then learns that one of the Walsh brothers is a convicted sex offender who is seeing a fourteen-year-old girl. When rookie PC Kennett tries to make a man who is illegally parked move on, the situation gets completely out of hand.
