Story
A businesswoman is found dead with a PCP overdose and her dog is mysteriously missing. The new janitor at the police station reports that he saw what happened to the woman. At the pretrial, the defendant's lawyer gives the witness a particularly hard time because he has Down Syndrome. The judge agrees that they don't have enough evidence to proceed to trial. Then the witness' dog is discovered missing.
