Story
Gordon tells everyone that he and Laura are leaving Gavin in charge for a day as practice, but only Laura knows that Gordon wants to see if the team can 'do without him' - he should start in Brussels in six weeks. As if Gavin's boy-friend Tim's bitter attitude doesn't make it hard enough, Gordon compounds disaster scenarios, oblivious that this actually causes quite serious real problems, which Gavin gets blamed for by everyone else. Meanwhile Carole hesitates whether to become the 'kept woman' of rich old gentleman Gerald, but the matter is dramatically decided for them. Helen is desperate to get rid of most ill-considered tattoo.
